This is how the Nature designed it .It is a natural Process But many times due to lack of physical preparation we ended up in C section. This is because of our lifestyle where the natural flexibility and optimal baby position is not achieved. But after working with so many obstetricians, and helping mothers in the labor with successful vaginal birth. I have learned why the vaginal birth was easy and natural till 90’s but now due to lack of right movement and positioning the c section rates is increased. I have designed a exercises protocol for every week of pregnancy. Where we follow the natural pattern of baby’s growth and all the exercises are designed to help the baby to achieve the right position for vaginal birth.
So we come up with the idea of SHE SUPPORT
